Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Firstly it is located in the heart of old quarters and you will find literally Everything at a walking distance. Secondly the rooms are wonderful and as shown on the site. They are clean and come with all necessary amenities. Thirdly the rooftop restaurant "Skyline" has amazing food and drinks. You can get a great view of the city, bridges, rivers and lakes from there. There is also a very nice pool there. Fourthly, the staff is exceptional. They are very helpful and helped us out in every way possible. I want to especially mention Ken at the reception and Hana who helped me book an amazing trip to Halong Bay. They agreed to keep my luggage till I return and even offered me a complimentary airport drop off. I definitely recommend you to write to them for any requests you have. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would never think twice before booking it for my next visit

We can definitely recommend the Hotel. It is centrally located in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi. It is by far the highest building in town, so you enjoy a stunning view from the rooftop terrace. That is very special, there is even a swimming pool to use. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. From the balcony you can see the lake with the temple. Hanoi is a very busy and noisy city but even though the hotel is centrally located the street is pretty quiet. During the weekend there is live music playing underneath but at 10 pm it's over and then it is the pretty quiet. The breakfast buffet is also great. Lots of Western and Vietnamese choices and the service and staff is great. They look out for every wish. I would come here again and even if you do not decide to sleep here, the rooftop restaurant is a must for your Hanoi visit.

Very good location, sometimes quite noisy outside, but it becomes quite after 10:00 pm. There are plenty of places to shop and dine, and some tourist spots are just 5-10 mins away. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Breakfast is excellent, and you can have it on 13rd floor with a nice view. Restaurant staffs are equally friendly and offer good service. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and kept very clean. I liked the furniture and the interior of the room very much. If you have a terrace, you can equally enjoy it. I enjoyed a comfortable stay since every time I had a contact with one of the staffs, they offered very good service with kindness.

My room was lovely with a great bed, great TV, free standing bath tub and a nice balcony. The spa is good and reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. A great plus for anyone arriving after a long flight or a lot of traveling. The location is perfect. The old town is at your feet and the lake steps away. The lake is vibrant with all sorts of activities going on day and night. The Thang Long water puppet theater is minutes away and shouldn't be missed. Everywhere else is easy to get to via Grab for a very reasonable price. The rooftop bar/restaurant and pool is great. The staff is terrific and it's a great place to unwind after a fun (but hot) day in Hanoi.

Perfect location, just a quick walk to the lake. The staff were fab and took the time to chat with you each time you passed through the lobby. A big hello to Don! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool was a welcome relief. Hanoi gets super hot so you need a cool room or pool to see the afternoon through. Amazing mocktails, a good breakfast buffet & inhouse restaurant, and a simple room service menu (a bit pricey). The foyer was a good place to sit and have a cuppa while figuring out your activities for the day. Concierge was excellent. Some incredible restaurants in walking distance to. A good choice for Hanoi if it in your budget.
